The LGBTQIA+ support group has recenty changed to an online group.
The LGBTQIA+ Anxiety Support Group is an inclusive group that welcomes anyone within the gender and sexually diverse community who experiences anxiety. This group is a safe, confidential, and welcoming space. This group celebrates diversity and connects you with peers. The group is generally not structured, with participants sharing and discussing their own topics. This group provides a space for participants to discuss challenges, self-help ideas, and coping strategies. Our friendly volunteers are on hand to keep the group running smoothly. Please note, the volunteers who run this group are LGBTQIA+ peers.
