Grief, Loss and Compassion

Description: Grief and love are the emotional equivalents of breathing; letting go or disconnecting which is like breathing out and bringing in or connecting which is like breathing in. When we don't let go we become anxious or depressed and the flow of life stops moving through us. Come and learn about grief and its connection to anxiety in this interactive and informative session.

Sam then moved into the field of grief dying death and funerals and has been working both nationally and internationally with corporations, groups, and individuals to help thousands of people change the way they see the shame and pain associated with the experiences of trauma, anxiety, depression, death, loss and grief. Her work provides people with the tools to honour, navigate and communicate with compassion and play around these often-hidden experiences. Tools to not only survive a loss and trauma but to transform and thrive from it
