Learning to Cope With Worries (at ACU Melbourne)
If your child:
Avoids school, Worries excessively, Withdraws from others or social situations, Has difficulties sleeping.
Parents:
Learn how to recognise anxiety, Understand when your child worries, Learn helpful ways to support your child.
Children 8-11 years:
Develop an understanding of their worries, Learn to identify unhelpful ways of thinking, Learn effective ways to cope with worry.
